Plan Package

Maintenance plan includes work for the following:

Updating your web page information (i.e.; announcements, text updates, specials, changes in services, etc.)
Adding/removing pages
Adding/removing page links
Adding/removing products*
Scanning/resizing/adding/removing images
Minor graphic changes (original artwork must be provided)
Archiving current website files
Code modification* (HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, etc.)
Acting as liaison for your registrar or web hosting company
Consult or research and advice on latest technologies.

You may give us a call to discuss any additional details about your needs in addition to sending us your list of your changes via email, or by completing our request form.

Changes are typically made within 24-48 hours of receiving your requests.

Services are charged in increments of 15 minutes, to maximize your dollar and time efficiency.

Because you are retaining our services by purchasing one of our plans, we set aside a specified block of time during the month for your requests. Therefore, any unused time does not carry over into another 30 day period.

*NOTE: We will always go the extra mile for our clients, but due to the complexity of some programming code and differences in the way product based pages are created and displayed, some changes must be reviewed and approved before determining whether or not the changes fall under the maintenance plan services.
